Q1: How do I install LimePad?
A: Download the installer from our official page, run the .exe file, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Q2: Can I use LimePad on multiple devices?
A: Yes, you can install it on as many Windows devices as you like. Each installation works independently.
Q3: Where are my files saved?
A: By default, files are saved wherever you choose. LimePad does not store files in the cloud.
Q4: Is LimePad safe?
A: Yes. LimePad does not collect personal data, access your files without permission, or include ads or trackers.
Q5: Can I request new features?

Problem: LimePad won’t open.
Solution: Make sure your Windows version meets the minimum requirements (Windows 10 or later). Reinstall if necessary.
Problem: Fonts or text look weird.
Solution: Check your system font settings and make sure no custom display scaling conflicts exist.
